Old Man Willow Early sketch for the willow. Old Man Willow grows not far from the lake of Neuchâtel, about 25 miles from our house. Old Man Willow is actually several trees in fact. The actual setting is near Strasbourg, along one of many canals and still waterways that border the Rhine.
