This remained a mystery cover for a long time (I made an unauthorised download from the Rolozo Tolkien site) until I matched up the title with the Slovenian edition of the LOTR Boardgame.
I just LOVE the lettering for the title, it's exquisitely turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau. Gandalf is in a bit of a tight spot, though.
I'd also LOVE to get a copy of the cover or of the book itself, but alas I have no acquaintances in Slovenia...
