Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival, June 30, 2005
It’s not every day one gets ot meet crowned heads, especially in Switzerland. Helvetus IV, King of Switzerland, Duke of Neuchâtel and Protector of the Alps (aka Plonk & Replonk, two Swiss humourists, best known for their MOST unusual postcards and press work) presided the Golden Meliès ceremony at the NIFFF.
Code 46, by Michael Winterbottom, was the jury’s choice, by the way.
