Given that I am continually bitching at people to sketch... no let me rephrase that... given my constant encouragements and judicious advice about sketching, and not one to ignore a subtle hint, I decided to take my own for once.
Every week, my wife holds a sketching class at our place for our son and one of his classmates (he only does it because he likely gets more respect and attention during that hour than he's accustomed to around here, but having a talented young lady drawing industriously next to him means he can't slack off). But last week, as Fataneh was too busy with a deadline to look after them, I did. Now, their sketches are a LOT nicer than mine, but after all, it's my web site, so I'm only putting mine up...
However, I did so much enjoy it I'm going to try to sneak into the class next week. If I remain reasonably quiet and stay in the back of the room, I may pass unnoticed.
Have I reminded everyone to sketch regularly?
