The fun in working on back covers that will be filled with text is being allowed to do low-contrast, softer work. The drawback is that it gets... covered over with text.
I had in mind those fabulous landscapes I saw in Canada, but admittedly i didn't do as nice a job as the Big Weather Person in the sky... but I did add some serious waves and a volcano.
