This painting is one of those covers for which you have more or less the title and not much else to go on. I did have a snippet of the text and a description of the main character, but it is certainly not much to build a glimpse of a world upon. These days ,with sales reps clamoring for material, illustrators and writers are often working neck and neck. So when in doubt, I always say, thigh boots and a padded jack are the best way forward...
