John Rhys-Davies you recognize, but the happy man in the middle is Jim Rygiel, who picked up a BAFTA with Randy Cook for the Visual Effects on The Two Towers. How Jim and Randy were actually let off their tethers to come to the awards is beyond me; they're already working 25 hours a day on The Return of the King.
